5) WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA?
Optimont 2000 s.r.o. processes personal data on the following legal grounds:
a) Compliance with legal obligations
We process your personal data where required to comply with applicable legal regulations, including the Commercial Code and other relevant legislation.
b) Performance of a contract
Your personal data are processed for the purpose of exercising rights and fulfilling obligations arising from contracts concluded between you and Optimont 2000 s.r.o.
c) Legitimate interests of the company
In certain cases, processing is necessary for the protection of the legitimate interests of the controller.
d) Consent to the processing of personal data
Currently, Optimont 2000 s.r.o. does not process personal data on the basis of consent. However, such processing may occur if you provide your consent in the future.

7) WHERE ARE MY PERSONAL DATA STORED?
Your personal data are stored both electronically and in physical form.
Electronic documents are stored on local drives of employees’ workstations. These drives are encrypted, and data are stored within secured user profiles.
Physical documents are kept in locked cabinets accessible only to authorized personnel and in the company archive.
8) WHO, APART FROM OPTIMONT 2000 S.R.O., HAS ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data you provide are processed and stored within Optimont 2000 s.r.o.
Where processing is based on legitimate interests and the purposes listed above, your personal data may also be processed by external collaborators or service providers working with Optimont 2000 s.r.o.
9) WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE CZECH REPUBLIC?

10) HOW LONG WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE RETAINED?
Your personal data are generally processed for the duration of the contractual relationship between the relevant business partner and Optimont 2000 s.r.o.
After termination of the contractual relationship, only those documents or personal data necessary for the protection of legitimate interests (e.g., defense of legal claims) will be retained, for a period of 10 years following the end of the contractual relationship.
In accordance with the principle of data minimization, we process only those personal data that are necessary for the relevant purpose and retain them only for as long as necessary. Once the retention period expires, personal data are deleted or anonymized.
11) WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data. Upon request, we will inform you what data we process, for what purpose, from which source they were obtained, to whom they have been disclosed, and how long they will be stored.
You have the right to request rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data.
You also have the right to request erasure of personal data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or where processing is unlawful.
You have the right to request restriction of processing.
You have the right to data portability, meaning you may request that we provide your personal data in electronic form in a structured and commonly used format, or transfer them directly to another controller. This right applies only to data processed electronically on the basis of your consent or a contract.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, your data will no longer be used for such purposes.
You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. In such cases, we will continue processing only if compelling legitimate grounds are demonstrated.
If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Processing will then cease immediately.
12) HOW CAN I EXERCISE MY RIGHTS?
You may exercise your rights, including the right to object, by contacting the data controller in writing or by e-mail.

14) DOES AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING, INCLUDING PROFILING, TAKE PLACE?
Automated decision-making refers to decisions made solely by automated means (e.g., by a computer) without human intervention that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences.
Optimont 2000 s.r.o. does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. All relevant decisions are made by authorized company personnel.
